Our journey began back in 1980 with Lone Wedege, an experienced orthotist who dedicated her time to advising and assisting seniors in her clinic. Every day, she encountered individuals struggling to find a store where they could easily purchase daily living aids.

This experience led to the creation of Seniorshop. Lone recognized the need for a place where seniors could not only purchase assistive products with ease but also receive expert advice and guidance. She shared her vision with her husband, Bobbie, and in 2008, Seniorshop opened its doors for the first time, welcoming customers to both its physical store and webshop.

Their son, Steffen Wedege, quickly developed an interest in the family business and joined the team in 2009. Today, he has taken over as CEO, while Lone continues to share her wealth of knowledge and expertise from the sidelines.

Alongside our talented team, we run Denmark's largest store and online shop for senior aids, with a strong commitment to quality and expert guidance. Our mission remains unchanged: to make everyday life easier for seniors and ensure assistive products are accessible to everyone.
