How long should my ramp be?

- For a wheelchair or walker without assistance, measure the height and multiply by 7. For example, if you need to go up a 20 cm elevation, you will need a ramp that is 20 x 7 = 140 cm long. - For a wheelchair or walker with assistance, or for an electric wheelchair, measure the same height and multiply by 5. If you need to go up a 20 cm elevation, you will need a ramp that is 20 x 5 = 100 cm long.
