At Seniorshop, you have a 60-day return policy if you decide to change your mind about a purchase.

Simply fill out the form below with your details and order number, and click 'Confirm Return'. You'll then receive a confirmation email. This email serves as confirmation that we've received your request to cancel the purchase.

1. Read the conditions for returning. Note! If it concerns a complaint, you must always contact customer service first.

2. Enclose a piece of paper with your name and order number.

3. Pack the item securely.

4. Send the parcel back. Buy a return label - you receive both a print-at-home label and a QR code.
Show the QR code at a parcel shop and they will print your return label. You can also print your return label yourself and attach it to the parcel.

Note. If you wish to withdraw from your order before the parcel has been sent, please contact customer service.
