## What is a Glide Sheet?

A glide sheet makes it easier to turn in bed by reducing the friction between the bed and the body.

Glide sheets are commonly used in hospitals and nursing homes but can benefit anyone who finds it difficult to turn over in bed at night. You might benefit from a glide sheet if, for example:
