How to return

When you order a product from Seniorshop, you have a 30-day return period for unused items—starting from the day you receive the item or pick it up from a parcel shop. The product should be in the same condition as you received it, though trying it out as you would in a store is fine. However, this does not apply to hygiene products.

Step-by-Step Return Instructions:

  1. Read the return conditions. Note! For complaints, always contact customer service first.
  2. Complete the 'Thank You for Your Order' form that came with your order.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the completed 'Thank You for Your Order' form.

Terms and Important Information:

  • Condition of the product: The item must be unused and in its original packaging, so it can be resold as new. If we determine there is a decrease in value—like damaged packaging or obvious signs of use—we'll deduct the depreciation from the refund amount.
  • Shipping costs: You are responsible for paying return shipping from you to us. If you're returning all items from an order, the original shipping cost (the amount paid at purchase) will be refunded. If you only return part of your order, you cover the shipping cost.
  • Sender information: Remember to fill out and include the 'Thank You for Your Order' form so we can easily identify the sender and the reason for the return.
  • Money back: The refund will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.
  • Secure packaging: It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the package arrives to us undamaged.
  • Do NOT send to a parcel shop: The package should be sent as DELIVERED TO ADDRESS with Postnord or BUSINESS DELIVERY with GLS directly to our warehouse—meaning NOT to a parcel shop or similar. If sent to a parcel shop, it will be returned to you automatically. Note that DAO can't deliver to us as they can't leave the package, and we cannot accept it because they deliver at night. Therefore, we recommend not using DAO since they often don't reach us correctly. Use GLS or Postnord instead.

Complaint / order error?

If there's an error with your order—like a damaged or incorrect item—contact us before returning it. Email our customer service at butik@seniorshop.dk with a brief description of the error and an attached photo. Customer service will then guide you on what to do. It's not always necessary to send the package back. If it is, Seniorshop will cover the shipping.
