Ordering
At www.seniorshop.dk, you can order products through our website. You're also welcome to visit our store, where you can take items home immediately or order them for delivery. Feel free to contact us at 39 43 05 50 for assistance.
All agreements with Seniorshop are made in Danish within Denmark.
Payment
All prices on the website are inclusive of Danish taxes, including VAT.
Paying with a debit card ensures you are protected against misuse. You bear no liability if your card is misused online at a store using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in their payment system. This offers better protection than in the physical world, where misuse with a PIN code carries a liability of 1200 DKK.
The data you send with credit card purchases is encrypted (SSL), so only PBS can read it. Neither Seniorshop nor any others can access your information.
The amount for goods is only charged when they are dispatched from Seniorshop. We will never charge more than the amount you approved at purchase. There are no card fees.

Reservation of Amounts
If you pay with an international card, the amount is reserved immediately. It remains held on your card or account until:
1) We charge the amount upon shipping the product, or
2) the money is released as agreed with your card issuer.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery time is typically 1-3 days, though most items are dispatched on the same day as ordered, unless a longer delivery time is specified for the product.
Shipping costs vary by product type and are displayed in the basket when the item is added.
Orders over 500 DKK qualify for free shipping, except larger furniture. For orders under 500 DKK, shipping costs range from 39.95 to 55 DKK.
Choose from delivery options like Post Nord, GLS or freight forwarder, and decide between door delivery, parcel shops, or pickup. Some options may be unavailable due to item size or type.
You can also pick up items for free at our store in Søborg or warehouse in Herlev.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your item. If you've ordered multiple items in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from when the final item is received.
This means you have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to withdraw your purchase. You can email us at butik@seniorshop.dk or use the withdrawal form at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing the item without telling us first.
No Withdrawal Right on:
Delivery of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Partial Withdrawal of Purchase
If you've bought several items, you can return one or more even if purchased in one order.
Note, if you withdraw part of your purchase, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returns
Once you've advised us that you wish to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product.
You must cover the cost of returning the package, and you're liable if it gets damaged in transit.
Some items cannot be returned via regular mail, such as larger furniture.
The cost of returning these items is expected to not exceed 1,250 DKK.

Item Condition When Returning
If the item has depreciated, and it's because you've used it more than necessary to determine its nature, properties, and functionality, only a portion of the purchase price is refundable. The refund amount depends on the item's market value, and in some cases, you'll only receive the shipping costs back.
We recommend returning items in their original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciated item value.
Refund of Purchase Amount
If you withdraw your purchase, you'll get your money back. If the item is devalued, we'll deduct the amount you're liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (not including any extra costs if you've chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered), no later than 14 days from the day we received notice of your decision to withdraw.
We'll repay you using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we've agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we've received the item back or you send us documentation proving the return.
Right to Complain
As a consumer, you have 24 months to file a complaint in accordance with the law.
This is provided that the complaint is justified. We strive to have happy and satisfied customers and encourage you to reach out if there's an issue with your purchase.
Under the Sale of Goods Act, you can complain about defects at the product that occurred within 24 months of receiving the item. However, this requires the defects aren't a result of incorrect product usage or other damaging behavior. If your complaint is justified, you may either have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or discounted, depending on the specific situation.
You must file a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of noticing the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
For complaints on products like furniture and large items, contact us before sending them to: Seniorshop.dk, Hørkær 32, 2730 Herlev. Products returned via collection from Post Danmark aren't considered returned. Products should be returned by delivery to Hørkær 32, 2730 Herlev.
When returning an item, please include the order number or invoice number and a copy of the invoice you received.
If you're claiming about a product, including furniture and larger items, please contact us first before shipping to our address: Seniorshop.dk, Hørkær 32, 2730 Herlev.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. The item should always be returned in secure packaging. Remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
If your complaint is justified, we'll send you a return label, so your return postage is covered.

Privacy Policy
When shopping with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We register and pass on personal data necessary to deliver the product to you.
Personal data is registered at Seniorshop ApS and kept for five years, after which the data is deleted.
We also collaborate with various other companies that store and process data. These companies handle information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their purposes.
We only work with data handlers in the EU or countries that can provide adequate data protection.

If you believe the information is inaccurate, you can have it corrected. In some cases, we're required to delete your personal data when you request it. This can include data that is no longer necessary for the purpose we intended to use it for. You may also contact us if you believe your personal data is processed against the law. Recording Your Visit at Seniorshop
When you enter your address, phone, and email on Seniorshop.dk, we save these details for your next visit, so you won't need to enter them again from the same computer.
This is called a "cookie" and is essentially a note we leave on your computer so our website recognizes you during your next visit. Most websites use this today, and you can always delete cookies through functions and internet settings in your internet browser.
We also maintain a log statistic at Seniorshop.dk. This statistic collects information about the number of visitors, their origin, and their navigation on the site, similar to observing customers' preferences in a physical store.
We use this information internally to optimize the shop and our marketing materials.

Complaint Access
If, as a consumer, you wish to complain about your purchase, contact butik@seniorshop.dk. If we cannot resolve it, you can send a complaint to:

To file a complaint, the item/service must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. Clothing and footwear complaints must be over 720 DKK. There is a fee to process complaints.

Rental Terms for Equipment Rentals
Standard terms apply, and you can find additional lease information here:
Deposit
A deposit of 1,000 DKK is required for product rentals. The full amount is refunded upon timely return, provided no damage has occurred.
Collection
You must personally collect and return rented items at our warehouse at Hørkær 32, 2730 Herlev. We don't offer delivery. Note that our care bed is assembled and requires special transport upon collection.
Reservations Are Binding - Commitment Period and Termination
Your commitment lasts the entire lease period chosen, though you can terminate after five months with one month's notice by month's end.
If the item isn't collected and your withdrawal rights have lapsed, the full rental period will be billed.
Extending the Lease
To extend your lease, contact us by phone or email to check availability.
Late Return
For late returns, you'll be charged the standard daily rate per started day after the return date. This will stop once the item is returned.
Product Condition
Rented products are always fully functional and clean upon handover.
Always verify upon receipt that the product is operational and free of faults.
Items should be returned in roughly the same condition to avoid any liability for depreciation.
If items aren't cleaned upon return, you'll be charged a cleaning fee corresponding to our actual cleaning costs.
Prices include applicable VAT
All terms are detailed in the lease agreement and form the contract basis between renter and owner. All rented equipment remains the owner's property. Renters are always liable for damage or loss. It's recommended to check if your insurance covers rented items.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you collect the item.
This means you have 14 days from the agreement to let us know if you want to withdraw. Email us at butik@seniorshop.dk or use the standard withdrawal form at the end of the terms.
Refund
If you withdraw your purchase, you'll receive a refund.
If you've agreed for the delivery to start and wish to withdraw, we will charge a reasonable payment for the portion already delivered. This is calculated at a daily rate of 75 DKK.
We'll refund the amount without undue delay, no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notification. We'll refund you using the same payment method as the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
If There's an Issue with the Subscription

The Sale of Goods Act rules on defects don't apply to subscriptions.
Your 2-year complaint rights under the Sale of Goods Act depend on what should be delivered under the subscription:
Goods Delivery
For goods delivery, you have a 24-month complaint right. Contact us preferably before sending the item.
If your complaint is justified, you can get the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the fault. If within two months, your complaint is timely. As the lease period is limited, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible, preferably immediately upon noticing the issue.
