Seniorshop's journey began in 1980 with Lone Wedege, who worked as a certified prosthetist, assisting seniors at her clinic. Every day, she encountered people who needed a convenient place to buy everyday aids.

This sparked the idea for Seniorshop. Lone recognized the need for a store where customers could easily purchase equipment and receive expert guidance. Her husband, Bobbie, joined her vision, and in 2008, Seniorshop opened both a physical store and an online shop.

Their son, Steffen Wedege, quickly took an interest in the business and joined in 2009. Today, he leads as CEO, while Lone continues to offer her wealth of experience and expertise from the sidelines.

With our skilled team, we operate Denmark’s largest store and webshop for senior aids, focusing on quality and knowledgeable advice. Our mission remains unchanged—to make life easier for seniors and ensure these essential aids are accessible to everyone.
