From Hiking Poles to Quad Canes

The amount of support you need is unique to you. That's why we offer a wide range of canes, each designed to suit different preferences and requirements. A cane is far more than just a simple stick – you'll find many types and models to choose from. On this page, you can browse everything from standard, height-adjustable walking canes to more specialized options such as quad canes and elbow crutches.

Below, you can find a brief overview of several models:

Hiking Pole

  • If you only need light support on your nature walks, a hiking pole is a great choice. It's easy to adjust and can also double as a ski pole.

Folding Cane

  • A folding cane is convenient for travel and doesn't take up much space. If you need some extra help with balance, our standard or carbon fiber folding canes are excellent options. The carbon model is extremely lightweight and folds up quickly, so you can slip it into your bag with ease. You can also purchase a stylish case for simple storage and transport of your folding cane.

Elbow Crutch

  • An elbow crutch, also known as a forearm crutch, is ideal if you need extra support along your arm.

Quad Cane (Cane with Four Feet)

  • If you're looking for extra stability while walking, a quad cane is a great solution. Its four feet provide enhanced balance, so you can feel even more secure than with a regular cane.

Once you've identified what you need from your cane, it's easy to browse our products to find the perfect model for you.

Guide: What Is the Right Cane Height?

Many people are unsure how to properly adjust their cane. It's important that your cane is neither too low nor too high, as the wrong height can lead to shoulder or back pain, and place unnecessary strain on your body overall.

For non-height-adjustable canes:

As a rule of thumb, the correct cane length is about half your total height, but the most accurate method is to measure from your wrist to the floor, as described below:

  1. Stand up straight with your shoulders relaxed and your arms resting at your sides – ideally wearing your regular shoes.
  2. Have someone measure the distance from the floor up to your wrist. This measurement matches the length your cane should be, from the floor to the top of the handle. It doesn't have to be exact to the centimeter, but should not vary by more than +/- 2 cm.

For height-adjustable canes:

  1. Stand up straight with your shoulders relaxed and arms at your sides.
  2. Adjust the cane so the top of the handle lines up with your wrist, with a tolerance of +/- 2 cm.

The correct cane height = the same distance from your wrist down to the floor.

Discover Canes with Style

While canes are primarily functional, that doesn't mean they can't also be stylish and elegant. That's why we offer canes that highlight design, beautiful craftsmanship, and aesthetics. Our selection includes a variety of colors and patterns for both men and women. This way, you'll always be able to find a cane that matches your style and personality. Choose from sophisticated classic wood, canes decorated with florals, vibrant colors, and a wide variety of handles and carvings.

Questions and answers

Which side should you walk with a cane?

When using a cane, hold it on the opposite side of your injured or weak leg. This improves balance and reduces strain on the leg.

As you walk, move the cane forward at the same time as your weak leg, distributing your weight between them. This makes it easier to support your body while reducing pain and the risk of overexertion.
