Heat/Cool Pad for Knee, 15x15 cm

Heat/cool pad for knee measuring 15 x 15 cm. The gel pad comes with 1 elastic velcro strap for securing the gel pad.

For heat therapy, place the pad in warm water (max. 80 degrees) for 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, you can heat the pad in a microwave (max. 800 W) for 30-60 seconds. For cold therapy, place the pad in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Wrap in a towel or similar.
