The lightweight Trail Sport trekking poles from Black Diamond are three-part and easy to adjust in height. When not in use, they occupy very little space, making them ideal for travel. These poles are of exceptional quality and highly durable in use.

The poles feature a soft, ergonomic handle made from durable rubber, ensuring a comfortable grip.

With the smart FlickLock® system, you can effortlessly adjust the height of the trekking poles without unnecessary finger strain.

The poles are delivered as a set of 2 pieces.

Seamless Height Adjustment:

With the innovative FlickLock® system, the trekking poles can be easily and quickly adjusted in height. Simply flip up the small handle on the lock, adjust the pole to your desired length, and secure the length by flipping the handle down again.

The height adjustment utilizes a telescopic function, allowing the pole to be collapsed and extended, similar to a telescope.

To maximize the benefit of your trekking pole, it's crucial that the height is adjusted correctly for you. Walking with the poles should feel natural, and if they are set too short or too long, you might experience tense shoulders or lower back.

↪ Good Rule of Thumb: Ensure your elbow forms a 90° angle when the pole touches the ground and you are walking on flat terrain.

If hiking uphill, it is recommended to shorten the trekking pole by 5-10 cm. Similarly, shortening the poles by 5-10 cm can be beneficial when descending downhill.
