Lightweight and Robust Trekking Poles

Versatile 3-piece trekking poles from Black Diamond, made of aluminum with the smart FlickLock system, making them incredibly easy to adjust in height.

The handles are equipped with wrist straps and non-slip rubber, giving you full control over the poles during your hike.

These poles are great for travel as they measure no more than 58.5 cm when folded.

Seamless Height Adjustment:

With the smart FlickLock® system, the trekking poles can be quickly and easily adjusted in height. Simply flip up the small lever on the lock, adjust the pole to the desired length, and lock it by flipping the lever back down.

The height is adjusted using a telescoping function, where the pole can be collapsed and extended (just like a telescope).

Guide - How to Set the Correct Height for Your Trekking Pole:

To get the most out of your trekking pole, it's important that the height is correctly set for you. Walking with the poles should feel natural, and if they're set too short or too long, you might experience tension in your shoulders or lower back.

↪ Good Rule of Thumb: Make sure your elbow forms a 90° angle when the pole touches the ground and you're walking on flat terrain.

If trekking uphill, it's recommended to shorten the pole by 5-10 cm. Similarly, it might be a good idea to shorten by 5-10 cm when going downhill.
