How to Adjust the Height of Your Walking Stick:

The walking stick is simple to adjust – just twist and pull. Remember, when setting the height, twist the pole itself, not the black rubber sections. Pull the stick to your desired length, then tighten it by twisting the pole in the opposite direction. Periodically tighten the stick as it may loosen with extended use.
