How to adjust the height of your hiking pole:

The hiking pole is easy to adjust - simply twist and pull. Remember, when setting the pole height, twist the pole itself, not the black rubber parts. Extend the pole to your desired length and secure it by twisting in the opposite direction. Tighten the pole occasionally, as it may loosen with continuous use.
