How to adjust the height of your hiking stick:

The hiking stick is easy to adjust—just twist and pull. Remember, when setting the height, twist the stick itself, not the black rubber pieces. Pull the stick to your desired length, and tighten by twisting the stick in the opposite direction. Retighten occasionally, as it may loosen with continuous use.
