How to adjust the height of your trekking pole:

The trekking pole is easy to adjust - simply twist and pull. When setting the height, remember to twist the actual pole, not the black rubber pieces. Pull the pole out to your desired length, then tighten by twisting in the opposite direction. Be sure to re-tighten the pole occasionally, as it can loosen with continuous use.
