If you're unsure about the height your walking stick should be, you can easily find the right measurements at home. As a general rule, the correct length for a walking stick is about half your total height, but the most accurate measurement is obtained by measuring from your wrist to the floor as explained below: 

1. Stand up straight with relaxed shoulders and arms hanging by your sides.
2. Adjust the height of the stick's handle so that the top aligns with your wrist +/- 2 cm.
   

The correct height for your walking stick = the same distance as from your wrist to the floor.
