Guide: How to Adjust the Height of Your Cane Correctly:

1. Stand up straight with relaxed shoulders and arms hanging at your sides.

2. Adjust the cane's handle height so the top edge is aligned with your wrist +/- 2 cm.

The correct height for your cane = the same distance as from your wrist to the floor.
