For users who are still capable but find it difficult for various reasons to change positions or move from side to side, the slide sheet is an invaluable aid. It also makes it easier for a caregiver to turn or move bedridden patients, reducing strain on the shoulders and back of the care staff.

Note: The sliding surface has approximately a 10-12 cm cotton edge on each side between the sliding surface and the mattress, preventing users from sliding out of the bed or onto the floor when sitting on the bed edge. The sides extend under the mattress for increased stability.
