How to use the foot care oil

For daily foot care: Spray the oil into the palm of your hand and massage into your feet 1-2 times a day. Adjust the amount used depending on your skin’s needs. For regular use, 1-2 pumps per foot is enough. Massage in gradually to help the oil absorb fully.

For massage: Apply a suitable amount of oil to feet and lower legs. Use soft, kneading strokes with long movements from the bottom upwards, thoroughly working the oil into your skin.
