Size guide:

The hernia truss is available in the following sizes: 85 cm, 95 cm, 105 cm and 115 cm.

Find the right size by measuring the circumference around your hips. The image shows where the hernia truss sits, below the waist. If your measurement is just 1 cm more than one of the stated measurements, choose the next size up. For example, if you measure 96 cm, choose 105 cm, as 95 cm will be too small.
