How to Adjust the Height

This hiking pole is simple to adjust—just twist and pull. When setting the height, make sure to twist the pole itself, not the black rubber sections. Extend to the desired length and tighten by twisting in the opposite direction. Retighten the pole from time to time, as it may loosen with regular use.
