How to Adjust the Height

The hiking stick is easy to adjust - simply twist and pull. Remember, when adjusting the stick's height, twist the pole itself, not the black rubber parts. Extend the pole to your desired length and secure it by twisting the pole in the opposite direction. Occasionally tighten the pole, as it may loosen during extended use.
