The lightweight Trail Sport hiking poles from Black Diamond are three-piece and easy to adjust in height. When not in use, they take up very little space, making them perfect for travel. These poles are of exceptionally high quality and very robust in use.

The poles feature a soft, ergonomic handle with durable rubber for a comfortable grip.

With the smart FlickLock® system, you can easily adjust the height of the hiking poles without unnecessary effort.

The poles come in a set of 2.

Seamless Height Adjustment:

With the smart FlickLock® system, the hiking poles can be easily and quickly adjusted in height. Simply flip up the small lock handle, adjust to the desired length, and lock the length by flipping the handle back down.

The height is adjusted using a telescopic function, allowing the pole to be collapsed and extended (much like a telescope).

Guide - How to Adjust Your Hiking Pole Correctly:

To get the most out of your hiking pole, it's important that the height is adjusted correctly for you. It should feel natural to walk with the poles; if adjusted too short or too long, you might experience tension in your shoulders or back.

↪ Good rule of thumb: Ensure your elbow forms a 90° angle when the pole touches the ground and you're walking on flat terrain.

If you're walking uphill, it's recommended to shorten the pole by 5-10 cm. Similarly, it might be a good idea to shorten the poles by 5-10 cm when walking downhill.
