How to adjust the height of your walking stick:

It’s easy—simply twist and pull to adjust. When setting the height, make sure to twist the stick itself, not the black rubber sections. Pull the stick out to your preferred length, then twist in the opposite direction to secure. Re-tighten periodically, as the stick may loosen with continued use.
