How to adjust the height of your hiking pole:

The hiking pole is easy to adjust—just twist and pull. When setting the height, make sure to twist the pole itself, not the black rubber pieces. Extend the pole to your desired length and secure it by twisting in the opposite direction. Tighten the pole occasionally, as it may loosen with constant use.
