Heating/Cooling Pad for the knee, size 15x15 cm. The gel pad comes with 1 elastic velcro strap for securing the gel pad in place.

• For heat therapy, place the pad in hot water (max. 80 degrees) for 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, it can also be heated in the microwave (max. 800 W) for 30-60 seconds.
• For cold therapy, place the pad in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Wrap in a towel or similar before use.
