How to adjust the height of your trekking pole:

The trekking pole is easy to adjust - twist and pull. Remember, when setting the height, twist the pole itself, not the black rubber parts. Extend the pole to the desired length and secure it again by turning in the opposite direction on the pole. Tighten the pole occasionally as it may loosen with continuous use.
