Here's a handy tip! Draw a straight line on a piece of paper and place your foot on the line. Mark the tip of your toes and then the back of your heel. Measure the distance in centimeters between these two points on the line. Consider measuring both feet since one may be slightly larger than the other.

This Tecnica Flex therapeutic shoe features a high-tech, stretchable material across the forefoot that moulds to your foot without applying pressure. The final photo shows how the shoe can stretch to accommodate foot or toe problems.
Thanks to the practical Velcro fastening, it’s easy to adjust the shoe so it doesn’t feel tight, and to put it on and take it off. The shoe has a non-slip, shock-absorbing outsole, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
A firm shoe insole can be purchased separately and is suitable, for example, for hallux valgus.
