Size Guide
To choose the perfect fit, measure your thigh circumference 10 cm above your kneecap. XL, 2XL, and 3XL braces include a Velcro strap for added support during sports or as needed (see photo).

• X-Small: 34 - 36 cm
• Small: 37 - 40 cm
• Medium: 41 - 44 cm
• Large: 45 - 49 cm
• X-Large: 50 - 55 cm
• 2X-Large: 56 - 59 cm
• 3X-Large: 60 - 64 cm

The brace does not need to fit tightly for the bamboo charcoal to be activated, but a closer fit will provide more stability and support.
