Guide - How to Adjust Your Crutch to the Correct Height:

1. Stand upright with shoulders relaxed and arms at your sides.
2. Adjust the crutch handle height so the top aligns with your wrist +/- 2 cm.
   

The correct height for your crutch is the same distance from your wrist to the floor.
