Heat/Cool Pad for Eyes

This warming/cooling pad is an eye mask filled with gel beads that relieve fatigue and puffy eyes. It molds to the shape of your face.

For heat therapy, place the pad in warm water (max 80 degrees) for 10-15 minutes. For cold therapy, put the pad in the freezer for at least 15-20 minutes. Wrap in a towel or similar.
