Heat/Cooling Pad for Shoulders

This heat and cooling pad provides effective thermal or cold treatment for the shoulders. The pad aids in reducing swelling and pain in the shoulders.

For heat therapy, place the pad in hot water (maximum 80 degrees) for 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, the pad can also be heated in a microwave (maximum 800 W) for 30-60 seconds. For cold therapy, place the pad in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Wrap it in a towel or similar.
