Heat/Cool Pad for Eyes

This hot/cold pad is an eye mask with gel beads that soothe tired and swollen eyes. It conforms to the shape of your face.

For heat treatment, place the pad in hot water (max. 80 degrees) for 10-15 minutes. For cold treatment, place the pad in the freezer for at least 15-20 minutes. Wrap in a towel or similar.
