Easy Height Adjustment:

The FlickLock® system makes adjusting your poles quick and simple. Just flip up the small lever, slide the pole to your desired height, then flip the lever down to lock it securely in place.

Thanks to their telescopic design, these poles can be collapsed for transport or extended for use, just like a telescope.

Guide – How to Find the Right Height for Your Hiking Pole:

To get the most benefit from your pole, it's important to set it to the correct height. Walking with poles should feel natural. Poles set too high or too low may lead to shoulder or lower back tension.

↪ Tip: Adjust the pole so your elbow forms a 90° angle when the tip touches flat ground.

For uphill walking, shorten the pole by 5–10 cm. The same adjustment applies when heading downhill – reducing the length by 5–10 cm can make the walk more comfortable.
