  1. Stand up straight with shoulders relaxed, arms hanging by your sides.
  2. Adjust the handle so the top edge is in line with your wrist, give or take 2 cm.

The correct cane height matches the measurement from your wrist to the floor.

The cane can be made shorter by removing the rubber tip and carefully sawing to the desired length.
