Seamless Height Adjustment:

With the smart FlickLock® system, the trekking poles can be easily and quickly adjusted in height. Flip up the small handle on the lock to adjust the pole to your desired length, then lock it by flipping the handle down again.

The height is adjusted using a telescopic function, allowing the pole to be collapsed and extended (similar to a telescope).

To get the most benefit from your trekking pole, it's important that the height is set correctly for you. Walking with the poles should feel natural; if they’re too short or too long, you may experience tension in your shoulders or lower back.

↪ Good Rule of Thumb: Ensure your elbow forms a 90° angle when the pole touches the ground while walking on flat terrain.

If you're hiking uphill, it's recommended to shorten the trekking pole by 5-10 cm. Similarly, consider shortening the poles by 5-10 cm when going downhill.
