How to adjust the height of your walking stick:

The walking stick is easy to adjust - simply twist and pull. Remember, when setting the height, twist the stick itself, not the black rubber parts. Extend the stick to the desired length, and tighten by twisting in the opposite direction. Occasionally re-tighten the stick as it may loosen with extended use.
