Pedal exerciser for gentle workouts
Smart pedal exerciser with electric assistance for gentle leg or arm exercise. The electric motor supports your workout, helping to build muscle and improve joint mobility without requiring you to exert yourself – ideal for rehabilitation or for people with reduced strength.
The exerciser is electrically powered, so it rotates automatically and starts gently when you press the start button. You can adjust the speed using the included remote control.
With a built-in assistance motor that can be switched on and off
This model has a built-in motor that helps turn the pedals, making it ideal for people with reduced strength who still need to exercise their arms or legs. It can also be used as a regular pedal exerciser when the assistance motor is switched off. You can use the exerciser while sitting or lying down, with either your arms or legs. Just make sure the surface is stable.
Control your workout with the remote control
This pedal exerciser is easy to adjust. You can change the speed using the remote control, which is located on the front of the pedal exerciser. The remote control clicks out of its holder, keeping it close at hand. This allows you to adjust the speed as you exercise. The remote control is not wireless; it is connected by a long, flexible cable.
The remote control has a small Display showing:
- Speed
- Time
- Distance
- Calories burned
You can use the remote control to switch between this information on the Display and adjust the speed with the +/- buttons.
The pedal exerciser has 12 Level settings and can operate both forwards and backwards. The lowest speed is 30 revolutions per minute, while the highest is 90 revolutions per minute. If you prefer, you can also use the exerciser without the assistance motor.
Note: The pedal exerciser must be connected to a power outlet for the assistance motor to work. If it is not connected to a power source, it can still be used as a regular pedal exerciser without the motor function.
To prepare it for use, simply click the two feet into place and secure them with the included screws. All the necessary tools are included, and assembly takes just a few minutes.
IMPORTANT: The pedal exerciser may only be used for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time.
