Guide – How to Set the Correct Height for Your Crutch:

  1. Stand upright with your shoulders relaxed and arms comfortably by your sides.
  2. Adjust the handle so the top sits level with your wrist, plus or minus 2 cm.

The right height for your crutch is the same as the distance from your wrist to the floor.
