Guide: How to adjust the height of your cane correctly:

1.      Stand upright with relaxed shoulders and arms hanging at your sides.

2.      Adjust the height of the cane's handle so that the top edge aligns with your wrist +/- 2 cm.

The correct height of your cane = the same distance as from your wrist to the floor.
