How to adjust your trekking pole’s height:

The trekking pole is easy to adjust—simply twist and pull. Remember, when setting the pole's height, twist the pole itself, not the black rubber pieces. Extend the pole to your desired length, and then secure it by twisting in the opposite direction. Tighten the pole occasionally, as it may loosen with continuous use.
