Pedal Trainer for Gentle Exercise
This smart pedal trainer features an electric assist for easy training of your legs or arms. The electric motor supports your workout, aiding in building muscle and improving joint mobility without exerting yourself - ideal for rehabilitation or individuals with reduced strength.
The exercise trainer is electric, meaning it operates automatically with a gentle start at the press of a button. You can adjust the speed via the included remote control.
Equipped with Built-in Assist Motor
This model is equipped with a built-in motor that assists in rotating the pedals, making it ideal for those with reduced strength who still need to engage their arms or legs. It can also be used as a regular pedal trainer when the assist motor is turned off. You can use the trainer while sitting or lying down for either your arms or legs. Ensure that the surface is stable.
Control Your Workout with the Remote
This pedal trainer is easy to set up. You can conveniently change the speed using the remote located on the front of the pedal trainer. The remote can be detached from its holder for easy access, allowing you to adjust the speed during your workout. Note that the remote is not wireless, but comes with a long, flexible cord.
The remote features a small display that shows:
- Speed
- Time
- Distance
- Calories Burned
You can cycle through this information on the display using the remote, and adjust the speed with the +/- buttons.
The pedal trainer offers 12 Levels of speed adjustment and can operate both forwards and backwards. The slowest speed is 30 rotations per minute, while the fastest is 90 rotations per minute. If you prefer, you can also use the trainer without the assist motor.
Note: To use the assist motor, the pedal trainer must be plugged into a power outlet. If it is not connected to power, it will still function as a standard pedal trainer without motor assistance.
To set it up for use, simply snap on the two feet and secure them with the included screws. All the necessary tools are provided, and it can be assembled in just a few minutes.
IMPORTANT: The pedal trainer should only be used for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time.
