Use a tape measure to measure your waist circumference (A) in cm. You should always choose the pant size where your measured waist circumference falls between the minimum and maximum in cm, as the pants are generously sized and have an elastic waist.

Example: If your waist circumference is 100 cm, you should choose size 27.
