The heel inserts fit all shoe sizes and are supplied in pairs.

 

How to Attach the Inserts in Your Shoes

  1. Remove the backing from the insert
  2. Fold the insert in half with the adhesive facing outward
  3. Place on the inside of the heel counter - with the curved side facing downward - and press firmly
