How to Adjust the Height

Adjusting the hiking pole is simple - twist and pull. When setting the height, remember to twist the pole itself, not the black rubber pieces. Extend the pole to your desired length and secure it by twisting it in the opposite direction. Tighten the pole periodically, as it may loosen with continuous use.
