Seamless Height Adjustment:

With the smart FlickLock ® system, the trekking poles can be easily and quickly adjusted in height. Flip up the small handle on the lock to adjust the pole to the desired length. Lock the length by flipping the handle down again.

Height is adjusted using the so-called telescopic function, where the pole can be collapsed and extended (just like a telescope).

To get the most benefit from your trekking pole, it’s important that the height is correctly adjusted for you. Walking with poles should feel natural, and if they are adjusted too short or too long, you might experience tense shoulders or lower back.

→ A good rule of thumb: Ensure your elbow has a 90-degree angle when the pole hits the ground and you're walking on flat terrain.

If you're hiking uphill, it’s recommended to shorten the trekking pole by 5-10 cm. Similarly, it might be a good idea to shorten the poles by 5-10 cm when going downhill.
