The stylish Trail Sport hiking poles from Black Diamond are divided into three sections, making them perfect for those who are looking for a set of sturdy hiking poles for trekking and longer walks.

These poles feature ergonomic handles with a durable rubber grip that feels comfortable in your hand.

Thanks to the innovative FlickLock® system, you can easily adjust the height of these 3-part hiking poles without exerting unnecessary effort. Their compact size makes them especially suitable for travel!

Seamless Height Adjustment:

With the smart FlickLock® system, the hiking poles can be quickly and easily adjusted in height. Simply flip up the small lever on the lock to adjust the pole to the desired length. Lock the length by flipping the lever back down.

The height is adjusted using a telescopic function, allowing the pole to be collapsed and extended (just like a telescope).

To get the most benefit from your hiking pole, it’s important to set the height correctly for you. Walking with the poles should feel natural, and if they are set too short or long you might experience tense shoulders or lower back.

↪ Good Rule of Thumb: Ensure your elbow forms a 90° angle when the pole touches the ground and you are walking on flat terrain.

For uphill terrain, it is recommended to shorten the hiking pole by 5-10 cm. Similarly, it might be a good idea to shorten the poles by 5-10 cm when walking downhill.
