As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
This right of withdrawal expires 14 days after you receive your item. If your order contains several products sent separately, the period runs from the day you receive the final item.
This means you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel your purchase. You can email us at butik@seniorshop.dk or use the standard withdrawal form located at the bottom of our terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing delivery without notifying us first.
No right of withdrawal for:
Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized goods cannot be returned.
Partial withdrawal
If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you may return one or more items, even if bought together in one transaction.
Please note that if you return only part of your order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return process
Once you've told us you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
You are responsible for the return shipping, including risk of damage during transit.
Certain items, such as large furniture, cannot be sent via standard mail.
The return cost for these items is estimated at a maximum of: 1,250 DKK.

Condition of the returned item
If the item has lost value because you used it more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functioning, you may only receive a partial refund. The refund amount will reflect the item's current market value, and in some cases, you may only be reimbursed for shipping costs.
We recommend returning all items in their original packaging.
Missing original packaging may result in a reduction in the refund amount.
Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has lost value, we will deduct the corresponding amount.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except any additional costs if you selected a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive option), within 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s), or you have supplied documentation showing that the item(s) have been returned.
