Terms for Renting Equipment at Seniorshop
At Seniorshop, you can easily rent equipment to suit your needs. We offer rental options for wheelchairs, walkers, care beds, and ramps. On this page, you'll find our complete range of rental equipment.
Choosing to rent instead of buying new can be a smart solution for many. This is especially true if you only need the equipment for a short period or if you'd like to experience firsthand the positive impact these aids can make in your daily life.

Security Deposit
A deposit of 1000 kr. is required when renting a product. The full amount is refunded upon timely return, provided the product is not damaged.
Pickup
For rentals, you must pick up and return the equipment at our warehouse located at Hørkær 32, 2730 Herlev. We do not offer delivery. Please note that our care bed is fully assembled upon pickup and requires special transport.
Reservations are Binding
As a rule, reservations are binding.
If canceled 7 days or more before the pickup date, a fee equivalent to 3 days' rent will be charged.
If canceled 6 days or less before the pickup date, the full rental period will be billed.
If the item is not picked up, the full rental period will be billed.
Extension of Rental Period
If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us by phone or email to see if it’s possible.
Late Returns
For late returns, you will be charged double the daily rate for each day past the return date.
Condition of the Item
The rented product is always fully functional and clean at the time of handover.
Always check upon receipt that the product is in working order and free from defects or shortages.
If cleaning is required upon return, a cleaning fee of 750 kr. will be charged.
Prices Include Applicable VAT
All terms will be outlined in the rental agreement, which forms the basis of the contract between the renter and the owner. All rented equipment remains the property of the owner. The renter is liable for any damage or loss. It is advised to check whether your insurance covers rented items.
