Terms and Conditions for Renting Mobility Aids at Seniorshop
At Seniorshop, you can easily rent mobility aids tailored to your needs. We offer rentals of wheelchairs, rollators, care beds, and ramps. On this page, you'll find our complete range of rental aids.
Renting can often be a smart choice instead of buying new equipment. This is particularly true if you only need the aids temporarily or want to experience the benefits they can bring to your everyday life.
At Seniorshop, renting mobility aids is both easy and affordable via our website here.
Below, you can learn about all terms and conditions.
Deposit
A deposit of 1000 DKK is required when renting a product. The full amount is refundable upon timely return, provided the product is undamaged.
Pickup
For rentals, you must pick up and return items at our warehouse located at Hørkær 32, 2730 Herlev. We do not offer delivery. Please note that our care beds arrive fully assembled and require special transport.
Reservations Are Binding
Reservations are generally binding.
If canceled 7 days or more before the pickup date, a fee for 3 days of rental will be charged.
For cancellations 6 days or less before the pickup date, the full rental period cost will be charged.
If the item is not picked up, the full rental period cost will be charged.
Extending the Rental Period
If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us by phone or email to check availability.
Late Returns
For late returns, you will be charged double the daily rate for each additional day started beyond the return date.
Condition of the Item
Upon delivery, the rented product will always be fully functional and clean.
Always check that the product is in working order and free of defects when you receive it.
If the item is returned without cleaning, a cleaning fee of 750 DKK will be charged.
Prices Include Applicable VAT
All terms will be detailed in the rental agreement, which forms the basis of the agreement between renter and owner. All rented mobility aids remain the property of the owner. The renter is liable for any damage or loss at all times. It's recommended to verify whether your insurance covers rented items.
