Our price guarantee is valid both in our Danish online store and at our physical location in Søborg.

Here's How to Do It Online:

1. Provide proof of the lower price (like a link or an image).
2. Email your documentation to butik@seniorshop.dk.
3. We'll adjust our price to match the lower one.

How to Do It at Our Søborg Store:

1. Bring in proof of the lower price (such as an ad, photo, or link on your phone).
2. Show it to our staff.
3. We’ll match the price with a smile.

With our price guarantee, you always get the best deal—whether you shop in our store or at seniorshop.dk.

Terms and Conditions:

• The price guarantee only applies to Danish websites (.dk domains).
• The item must be identical: same model, color, size, and year/version.
• The item must be available - meaning it’s in stock and can actually be purchased at that price on the specified site.
• Our price guarantee is valid for 14 days from the purchase date. It does not apply if the item is specially ordered for you and isn't part of our regular assortment or if the item is advertised as “limited stock,” “queue offer,” or “closing sale” and similar promotions.
• The price guarantee also does not cover "member offers" that require a paid membership to get the discounted price.
• We reserve the right for typographical errors, sold-out items, supplier delivery errors, and delayed shipping of online orders during sales and promotional periods.
