Versatile and Robust Trekking Poles

Lightweight trekking poles from Black Diamond made of durable aluminum with the smart FlickLock® system, making them very easy to adjust in height. The poles are 3-part and can be adjusted from 90 to 130 cm.

The handles are covered with non-slip rubber and wrist straps, giving you full control over the poles.

When completely collapsed, the trekking poles measure no more than 58.5 cm, making them easy to take on trips. Sold as a set of 2 pieces.

Seamless Height Adjustment:

With the clever FlickLock® system, the trekking poles can be easily and quickly adjusted in height. Flip up the small handle on the lock to adjust the pole to the desired length. Lock it by flipping the handle back down.

The height is adjusted using a telescopic function, where the pole can be collapsed and extended (similar to a telescope).

To maximize the benefit of your trekking pole, it is crucial to set the correct height for you. Walking with the poles should feel natural, and if set too short or too long, you might experience tension in your shoulders or lower back.

↪ Handy Tip: Ensure your elbow forms a 90° angle when the pole touches the ground and you’re walking on flat terrain.

If you're walking uphill, it’s recommended to shorten the pole by 5-10 cm. Similarly, shortening the poles by 5-10 cm can be beneficial when walking downhill.
